David Titlebaum
President & Founder
Pulling inspiration from his 25-year career as a key executive for three of the most iconic businesses in the industry (Robert Allen/Ametex Fabrics, Kravet Fabrics and Richloom Fabrics), David brings a broad and diverse understanding of the entire home textiles market to our customers. These experiences provide our customers with a unique resource for design-leading fabrics and forward-thinking business ideas.
Luis Cano
VP Operations
Luis oversees the operations and inside of the business which includes: IT, Converting, Purchasing, Customer Service, Warehousing, and Quality Control. Luis has an extensive and broad background in the home furnishings industry. He was most recently the co-owner of Maco Inc, an outdoor fabric converter, and has worked in key management positions with Robert Allen/Ametex, Richloom, Kravet and Thibaut. Luis is the consummate professional always ensuring our customers and suppliers receive the most innovative service the industry has to offer.
Glenda Spangler
VP of Design
Glenda’s career spans every facet of the textile industry, marked by a proven ability to drive innovation, achieve operational excellence, and create customer-focused designs that enhance homes around the globe. Her leadership at top industry firms showcases her unique talent for seamlessly combining creativity with strategic vision.
With a background in Environmental Studies and Interior Design, Glenda excels at aligning the industry’s ever-changing trends with the distinct needs of Radiate’s customers. She considers it a compliment when her designs become cherished elements in people’s homes. Beyond her professional pursuits, Glenda enjoys exploring unique destinations, cooking, entertaining, and giving back to her community through meaningful contributions and volunteer work.
Cheryl Griffin
Director, Strategic Sales Operations
Cheryl joined the Radiate Team in February 2019. After working with some of the top fabric companies in our industry, she brings with her over 30 years of experience specializing in Customer Service and Operations. Mallory Appleton
Director of Merchandising & Marketing
Mallory brings a decade of experience to the Radiate design team, overseeing product strategy, selection, and go-to-market plans, ensuring they align with the latest industry trends. With a BS in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, she has a proven track record in product development, including securing placements with national retailers.
Before joining Radiate, Mallory held key roles at iconic home furnishing companies, where she contributed to high-profile projects and honed her expertise. She thrives in the industry’s collaborative environment, working alongside talented professionals to drive innovation. Mallory enjoys traveling, reading, and unwinding at home in her free time.
Jake Titlebaum
Sales Representative
Jake started at Radiate in 2021 after spending the entirety of his professional career working in sports for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Mets. Jake’s primary focus is sales and customer service, but he is also lending a hand with merchandising and operations. As the 4th generation in his family to enter the industry, Jake is passionate about making an impact in the business.
Tracy Roche
Warehouse Manager
Since Radiate first stepped foot in High Point, THR, our warehouse and logistics manager, has been the driving force behind our warehouse, overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Tracy graduated from Winthrop University with BA in Art and Psychology and spent the next 14 years as a community activist and educator. Most recently, she worked for Thompson Enterprises overseeing the retail side of business, including web-based sales and distribution.
As a lifelong seamstress, she specializes in creating unique, custom clothing and home décor. She works well under pressure, self-disciplined to ensure daily processes run smoothly while flexible enough to change plans last minute if needed. Her dedication and attention to detail put our customer’s needs at the forefront.
